With over 55 million visitors a month now on twitter, twitter is fastly becoming the most popular social networking website out there. Everybody from Shaq to President Obama to your next door neighbor uses it. The thing that gets me is all the dumb stuff said on it. And thats what this blog/ page is for. I am gonna show some of the stupid stuff i found and if you guys find anything else or have anything to say just add it.


First of all why is glammerskills the second threading topic right now. Thats just stupid. 


Terell Owens is trying to gain support to get Michael Vick playing football again. So far at least Shawm Mariaman, Antonio Cromartie and Larry Fitzgerald is on his side. 

And while T.O is doing that Chad "Ochocinco" is trying to figure out how to work his new iphone with twitter.

On another note child stars continue to get more stupid by the day heres a quote from Taylor Swift : Conversations with myself while shopping: "Put the candle down. You already have too many candles. PUT IT DOWN. But it smells so pretty..." Really shes famous why the heck is she going shopping by herself. 

Bill Simmons said the other night: Said his fantasy team was killin him bc he had Nick Adenhardt and the player just dignosed with swine flu. (he has since deleted the post) He then releazed how stupid he sounded and came back with this : "FYI: Shouldn't have made the AL keeper post, just thought that was a crazy coincidence. The Adenhart thing was devastating. I feel bad." I dont know about an appoligy, but i guess thats close.

 He has the 4th best avg. finish right now with 10th.  He also has two top 5s in the last 5 races.

 His last 3 finishes were all top 10s.

 Mark hasn't finished outside the top 20 since the last time we were in Michigan back in June.

 When I looked up his avg. finish last week I was shooked to see it around 14. Now he finished 28th this week at Michigan, but his avg. finish for the last 5 races is 16.2 better then guys like Jeff Gordon, Kasey Kahne and Dale Earnhardt Jr.

 Like I said it was hard decideing between Carl and Jimmie. Jimmie has 4 striaght top 7 finishes.

This week I am going to try something new. I am going to add rankings (out of 100) based on how I think the drivers last 5 races have gone. Tell me what you think about it. The rating it in peranthases.

1.  Kyle Busch (99) (Last Week: 1st)                       
 3 wins in the last 5 races. I think that says it all.

---

2. Matt Kenseth (92)  (Last Week: 4th)
 Matt has only missed the top 10 once since Richmond. In that peroid he also has 4 top 5s. He is up to 8th in the standings.

3. Carl Edwards (90) (Last Week: 2rd)
 He had a good car, but there was nothing he could do about the splitter. But other then this week Carl's recent peformce has been pretty good.

---

4. Brian Vickers(88) (Last Week: 14th)
 I really moved this guy up, but looking at the recent stats he has been finishing better then guys like Jeff Gorden, Jimmie Johnson and Dale Jr.

5. Jimmie Johnson (87)(Last Week: 5th)
Every recent race, but daytona has been really good for Jimmie.

---

6. Dale Earnhardt Jr. (86)(Last Week: 3rd)
 Besides his recent win he only has one top 10 finish in the last 5 races. But his avg. finish(in the last 5) has been 12.2, so he still deserves a fairlly good spot.

7.  Tony Stewart (84) (Last Week: 10th)
 This guy has been racing better then a whole lot of other drivers. Also in the last 5 races he has two top 5s and his worse finish was 20th.

8.  Martin Truex Jr. (84) (Last Week: 9th)
 Truex's worst finish lately has been 17th and he has two top 10s.

9. Jeff Gordon (83)(Last Week: 8th)
 Besides finishing 30th at daytona he has been around the top 10 lately. I am saying around because he has two 11th place finishes in the last 3 races.

10.  Kevin Harvick  (82) (Last Week: 15th)
 I guess Kevin couldn's stand being knoked in and out of the chase every week, so he finished 3rd and jumped up to 9th in the standings, but he needs to keep finishing like that if he wants to stay there. He is only 25 points ahead of hamin whose in 12th.

11..Clint Bowyer (80) (Last Week: 11th)
 Two top 10s in the last 5 races, but he hasnt been consistent. One week he will finish top 10 or top 5 then the next he will finish like 22nd. But he is only 27 points behind Hamlin for 12th.

12.  Kurt Busch (78)(Last Week: 13th)
 In the last 6 races, he has a win two top 5s and 3 top 10s, the only bad part is the 3 races he finished out of the top 10 he finished 21st or worse.

13.  David Ragan (78) (Last Week: 17th)
 If it wasn't for david's 40th at New Hampshire I could easily have this guy in my top 5. He has two 8th place finishes (Chicago and Michigan) and a 5th recently ( Daytona). He does have to make up 98 points if he wants to make the chase.

14. Jeff Burton (77) (Last Week: 6th)
  He hasn't been racing like he did early in the year. He doesnt have a top 10 since Pocono, bit he has only finished out of the top 20 once. (Last week at daytona).

 He came back with a 4th this week after his 43rd at Daytona.

---

16. Kasey Kahne (75) (Last Week: 7th)
 I couldnt decide if I wouldn't it to be Kahne, Biffle or Biffle, Kahne, but Kahnes win at Pocono doesnt count as much anymore because it was 6 races ago.

 In the last 5 races he only once finished outside the top 20

18. Denny Hamlin (71)  (Last Week: 12th)
 The secend half of Denny's season has been horrible. He only has 2 top 10s. But his 23rd avg finish (last 5 races) has been better then a lot of other drivers.

 Got his second top 10 in the last 5 races this past week.

Last week there was some chat on how I came up with the rankings. I said that I ranked them on their recent performence, but that is kind of viag. So starting this week I will try to rank them on perfomence from the last 5 or so races.

1.   Kyle Busch (Last Week: 1st)
 This guys number one no matter how I rank them.

2.  Carl Edwards (Last Week: 3rd)
 Nice 2nd place finish to bad he couldnt get the win. He has only missed the top 10 twice since Bristol.

3.  Dale Earnhardt Jr. (Last Week: 5th)
 I dont know what I was thinking say that Jr was slowing down. Jr has 3 top 10s in the last 5 races and a win. Plus now he is #2 in the points standings.

4...Matt Kenseth  (Last Week: 11th)
 He's up to 9th in the standings and in the last 5 races he has two top 5s and four top 10s

5. Jimmie Johnson (Last Week: 4th)
 Besides this weeks 23rd the last few races has been pretty good for him.

  Jeff only has one top 10 in the last 5 races, but four top 15s.

 Kahnes been racing pretty decent lately. This week he finished 7th which moved him up to 8th in the standings. But at Michigan and Infinieon he struggled.

 He only has one top 10 (3rd at infieneon) lately, but he has come close a few times.

9. Martin Truex Jr. (Last Week: 12th)
 NASCAR is probbably going to anouse a penilty for truex today (tuesday), but other then that truex hasnt finished out of the top 20 since lowes and he has two top 10s durning that period one of those being a 4th at new hampshire

10. Tony Stewart  (Last Week: 9th)
 Tony has been racing ok, but not as well as expected. Sure this week he wasnt feeling good and had to pass the car of to yelly, but since the all star race he only has two top 10s and he is still winless.

11.Clint Bowyer  (Last Week: 13th)
 In the last 3 races he has 2 top 10s, but other then that he hasnt bee racing good lately. I do think this recent sucess will turn him around though.

Fairly decent finishes for hamlin lately. 8th at new hamshire and 3rd at pocono was good, but other wise his finishes were avg. (14th,27th,26th)

 His last 5 races has consist of a win a top 5 and three top 10s. He also has been moving up the standings.He's up to 17th.

 Decent finishes for harvick lately. All top 15s except for a 30th at infineon.

 I really droped this guy (perhaps too much). But he hasnt had a decnet run since dover. He has droped to 11th in the standings (only 10 points ahead of harvick whose in 13th) And he finished dead last this week

 This weeks 5th is his 2nd best finish all season, but he had a 40th place finish the week before in new hampsire so they pretty much off set each other.

This past week my family and I took a trip to Watkins Glen. Unforgenitly they didnt have any races going on this weekend. But everyday at noon for $25 they let you drive around the track for around 3 laps. So we drove our mini van onto it and did 3 laps in the van. We only got up to around 80 mph, but that was all the van could handle anyway. I dont know if other tracks do the same thing or not; anyone know?

I did miss some of the race, so I dont know about how well a guy did besides the first 100 or so laps and where he finished.

 Jr nation wont be to happy about my ranking, but finishing 24th isnt that good and 12th at infinion makes me think that Jr is slowing down just some.

 Most drivers in the top 12 didnt have to good finishes. Kahne finished 30th
